      I was a legacy Blue book employee who was a leader and President club winner over and over. What an amazing place where I built long relationships in the construction industry. They always did right by there employees and advertisers .. always

      Cons

      After the merger with Dodge the organization began treating all the sales professionals with 10, 15 or 20 years experience like you were a new hire. No comp plan or training for months and in a zoom meeting the head of sales said.. You don’t know how to do something figure it out. Call blocks are over zoom so managers can see you making calls. Nothing professional here any more
