      Pros

      Working at Dodge has been such a fantastic experience! One of the things I love most is collaborating with my amazing co-workers and leaders. The team is filled with passionate individuals whose energy inspires me daily. At Dodge, we’re all about more than just selling a product; we’re here to help our customers achieve their dreams of growing their businesses. There’s a strong sense of purpose here, and you can feel how much the company cares about positively impacting people’s lives. Dodge has developed an incredible brand, and being part of a team that truly believes in what we offer makes it even more special. It’s no wonder many of our team members have been with us for over a decade! The culture here really supports long-term success for both our customers and employees.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons that have been deal-breakers for me. However, if I'm being honest and transparent, Dodge was going through many transitions when I first started at the organization. I was uncertain what that would mean for my future, as new leadership can often challenge a company. Fortunately, we have been lucky with the new leadership that has taken over in the last six months. They are excellently addressing the ups and downs resulting from all the changes we've experienced.

      Dodge has a strong brand in the marketplace - there are a number of great changes are underway with new CPO and other Executive Leaders.

      Cons

      We are working to gain greater cross functional alignment & break down Legacy silos.

      I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working at DCN. The company is on a strong positive trajectory, and it’s clear that the company genuinely cares about employees and the culture. There’s a real emphasis on fostering an open culture of transparency, where feedback is welcomed and people feel heard. It’s refreshing to work for a company that not only values its people but also actively invests in creating a collaborative and supportive work environment. The remote work culture also provides a great work life balance. I’m excited to see the continued growth and success of the company

      Cons

      All employees work fully remotely. This setup offers great flexibility, but unlike in office networks, this requires individuals to take an active role in building their network and fostering connections within the organization.
