Pros

Remote work is about it.

Cons

dodge was a great company before the merger. BlueBook and their poor retention is devaluing the Dodge brand. promotions and hires are politically motivated. clearly an agenda being pushed. on par with what is happening in the world if you know what I mean. upper management is very under qualified. they dont have experience/knowledge about the industry or the customer base. commission clawbacks bc reps over promised. can see another acquisition in the future or company will shutter. new management ruined what Dodge has built over the past 100+ years

Pros

Good compensation potential for sales employees. The products are well known in industry and will always have some demand.

Cons

High executive turnover creates a turbulent environment and lack of company culture. There’s a lack of cohesivenesss among teams and not good communication channels. It’s not a very professional environment either.

Pros

1. The company has made some big changes with in the C suite & middle management. The new leaders are driven to get this company back on track & have made some major improvements over a short period of time. 2. There is continued investment into making the products better and staying competitive within the market. 3. The DCN solutions are easy to believe in & offer major benefits to the clients when sold & supported correctly.

Cons

1. Their is a major lack of transparency which effects the company culture, the teams ability to perform, the trust in upper management & over all moral. 2. Territories change yearly / account bases shift yearly from inside to outside sales reps. This not only gives our clients whiplash, it also doesn't allow the reps to own their book of business or to plan for future years by balancing customer terms. 3. When a client has a problem it takes days to weeks to resolve. There is a lack of man power internally, the internal systems do not work properly, our support team is multi-tiered.
