Pros

I worked for Dodge for almost six years and can genuinely say that without a doubt there is nothing good about a role here. I quit because I saw no future and was being severely underpaid. Two years after leaving I’ve doubled my salary and halved my stress.

Cons

Where to start… the pay? Terrible. I was making 42k. The morale? Horrible - they hire people and fire people like it’s a game. The c-suite has been turned over countless times. The work? They made me call people who had lost family members to ask for a death certificate to get out of their contracts. Heartless. Soul crushing. The contracts? mom and pop outfits are put into scarily high contracts - and they have sales people promising these poor people tons of business that will cover the cost and are unable to deliver on these promises. Then, they fire the salespeople so there’s no accountability. The management? Since 2020 they’ve been firing people left and right (all good managers are gone save 1 or 2) and then asking the people left what the people they fired even did. I’ve started to think that nobody can be this stupid - that they have to be trying to bankrupt the company on purpose at this point. Genuinely, if they’re not trying to bankrupt the company on purpose for tax reasons they’re the reason shampoo bottles have instructions on the back.

Leadership Is Out of Touch—and Employees Pay the Price

Pros

None — culture and stability are gone.

Cons

This is the second round of an entirely new C-suite, and it’s painfully clear they do not understand how to run this company. Leadership shows little to no understanding of the actual business, its products, or what customers truly need—and even less interest in learning. The company is declining rapidly, and leadership’s response has been widespread layoffs. Entire teams have been eliminated, including the full Engineering department, which was offshored despite the company’s heavy dependence on legacy databases, systems, and processes. As a result, nearly all tenured employees—the people who actually understood the products, workflows, and business model—were laid off. The company has leaned on technicalities and minor policy violations to avoid paying severance. When severance is offered, it is minimal, and benefits are cut off immediately. There is no loyalty, no appreciation for long-term contributions, and no real investment in employees. Company culture has deteriorated significantly and morale is extremely low. If you value stability, leadership transparency, or employee respect, this is not the place. Proceed with extreme caution.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that periods of change can be challenging, and we recognize the impact these decisions have on employees. We remain committed to our core values and to maintaining an ethical, respectful workplace. While some workforce changes have been made as we modernize products and technologies, not all employee separations are a result of those efforts. All employment decisions are made thoughtfully and in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. We appreciate the contributions of those who have been part of the organization, take feedback regarding leadership, communication, and culture seriously, and continue to assess opportunities for improvement. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

-Quota is easy to hit and they offer multiple escalators beyond 100% -Brand name recognition makes it easier to sell -Unlimited PTO -You get a ton of support from the SDR team

Cons

-The previous sales team was poorly run and used a lot of high pressure sales tactics so there are a lot of bad reviews and spurned customers you'll deal with -the technology is fairly outdated and there are lots of cheaper options that don't require a year long contract
