      I really can’t think of any

      I don’t even know where to start. This place is a complete dumpster fire. The reviews you see are not real. Until recently they had 2 stars. There are CONSTANT lay offs and they install computer monitoring softwares overnight to track clicks & etc.The layoffs are for everyone. Recently firings included elderly, pregnant, long time top Performers, managers, anyone with a voice. They try to find someway to not pay severance. The level of micromanaging is unmatched. The issue here is the money they are not making money because the products are awful. Do not take a job here the low salaries across the board are not worth it. you will regret it

      Transparent and Efficient Recruitment Process

      Pros

      I was impressed by the transparency and clarity on next steps from this company during each stage of the recruitment/interviewing process. Truly one of the best I've seen over a long career.

      Cons

      Corporate onboarding needs improvement. Invest more time in training/welcoming new employees. Maybe in person once a month for the new batch of employees. Perhaps have guest speakers representing different functional areas to share their perspectives on the business.

      Pros

      The energy at Dodge is the best that it's been since I started working here 3+ years ago...it's palpable. There is a synergy across the teams that hadn't existed before. The leaders are working hard to be transparent and to help position Dodge as a strong and innovative Data & Analytics organization.

      Cons

      Though the fast pace is exciting and necessary, sometimes the business has to pivot quickly -- not necessarily a con, but not everyone is able to tolerate the quick shifts.
