If you wish to work in the Restaurant/Hospitality Industry then this is the company you want to work for. Excellent Benefits, Management that truly cares about you, and a corporate office staff that is always available to address any of your needs.

Cons

True belief in company vision and mission. Vision is to be the best food service company in the communities we serve, operating with integrity, treating people fairly and giving back to the community. Mission is to WOW! Wow every guest, every time, Wow our people, Wow our community and Wow our suppliers.

Cons

We strive constantly to be the best and along with that comes hard work, some stress and your feet being held to the fire.

Pros

Working for Doherty allows me to be passionate about what I do. Every day is a new chance to WOW guests and coworkers. Forward career growth is totally on your own shoulders, which is empowering.

Cons

Sometimes corporate management forgets what it is like to actually work in the restaurant day to day. High expectations are great, but when they are unreasonable it can get frustrating. The hours can easily turn from 50 hours a week to 60 or 70.
