      Pros

      Excellent managment Very friendly co-workers Worklife balance not bad compared to other companies Training was good I work for Doherty for couple of months and I really enjoy every seconds of my time, I admire how proffessional and hardworking the employees/managment are especially St Cloud office. The culture of the office was so fantastic and I will miss this wonderful team I have worked with.

      Nothing I can think of, I totally disagree with negative reviews posted.

      Matches people to jobs not names to openings

      Pros

      Calla Maccrimmon matched me to the right job based on LISTENING to want I wanted in a job then worked with me going through the jobs they had open or soon available. Probing out on a few until the perfect match was found. This was a refreshing change to other agencies I have worked with who seem to have been only been interested in filling their assignments.

      Cons

      Rapid! The prepaid debit card they offer is the worst, slowest, Incompetent and most inconvenient pay card company i ever had the misfortune to do business with. Get one somewhere else and give that account info for your direct deposit. See below, this isnt really Doherty's fault and I hope my suggestion below helps them with feedback on it.
