Pros

-Willing to hire new grads -have rewards system in place and will acknowledge hard work -had some wonderful co-workers! -room for advancement

Cons

-hanging fliers on the weekend, basically unpaid. The mileage was paid at such a low rate, that I maybe got 10 bucks for hours of hanging flyers. -is a stressful job by nature and isn't for everyone. -long hours, worked until 6 or 7 on a fairly regular basis. -deadlines to find candidates can force you to send unqualified candidates. -harsh criticism for not satisfying clients, even when things are outside your control. -high internal turnover. Hard to delegate more responsibility on people if you are fairly certain they will be gone in 3 months.
