Allow you to do your job without micromanaging your activity. They are a Family owned business. They provide decent benefits

Cons

Promote employees based on tenure instead of previous experience or contribution to company. Unless in a management position within the company they don’t share valuable information.

Pros

If you're interested in Business/HR this is a great place to start. You touch on a lot of different areas: payroll, work comp, legal, employee relations, recruiting, interviewing, etc

Cons

In the Southern Branch the hours can be long and stressful. There are a lot of goals to meet, some unrealistic and and you are punished if they are not met. The managers are just that, they do not lead, just bark orders at you while they sit back and socialize with each other.
