Pros

Incredibly strong engineers and a very competitive cost optimization tool.

Cons

The business made a switch earlier in the year without any clear direction or strategy. Leadership is spread incredibly thin and continues to promote completely ineffective leaders. Sales organization has slowly been diminished and the company has done nothing to retain tenured sellers. Lastly, the new business model puts them in direct competition with cloud vendors.

I'd very much like to talk more if you're open to it? DoiT embarked down a path to evolve our GTM strategy and customer offerings in January this year. While we're successfully leaning into this change and hitting our goals as a company, I know that it has required our Sales team to adapt and evolve with us. I'd like to talk about our strategy, your experience, and how we might be able to better support you if you're open to me - or to your manager or People Strategy Business Partner. If you're not comfortable reaching out please time some time to revisit our CKO and all-hands recordings, submit questions anonymously via Go/AMA or go/saysomething, and share more context in our next Employee Engagement survey.
