Thank you for sharing your feedback - historically more than 20% of our Business Development team is promoted or progressed within their career ladder each year based on internal mobility opportunities and individual performance. That said, working remotely does require our entire global team to be more diligent when it comes to knowledge sharing and defining professional development opportunities. We strongly encourage all team members to meet with their manager to talk about their interests, ideas and what knowledge/skills will help them continue to excel in their role and beyond as part of driving progression plans and goals goals forward with their support and guidance. That said, timing is everything and we wish you the best in your next opportunity. Kristen Tronsky, Chief People Officer @ DoiT

Thanks for sharing - The opportunity to work completed remotely in a distributed business like ours definitely requires a high degree of autonomy and discipline, as well as comfort to raise a hand when you need help or support from fellow team members or leadership. We are tightly aligned but loosely coupled - but acting as on team will always be central to who we are. Feel free to reach out if you would like to discuss how we might improve internal communications as a company or within your department? Incremental improvement is the goal and we are always evolving! - Kristen Tronsky, Chief People Officer @ DoiT

Thanks for contributing - we have an incredible team and its probably safe to see there is more process than there was a few years also. We still strive to be incredibly autonomous and agile - the goal is to implement process only when we absolutely need to in order to drive consistency and alignment. If you see something that isn't having the intended impact, let us know so we can talk about how best to make incremental improvements? Kristen Tronsky, Chief People Officer @ DoiT
