Pros

Working at DoiT has been great experience! My team is super friendly and cohesive. Everyone is willing to help each other. Leadership is humble and interacts with everyone. I'm super excited with our leadership vision and looking forward to deliver results!

Cons

Working remotely can be discouraging at times especially during winter time and gloomy days. Not enough collaboration with sales. Account Managers are spread too thin. This hinders the ability to work strategically. Although TAM org is part of sales org. Sales leadership focuses heavily on AMs and AEs.

Pros

Really impressive onboarding process which provided a very well thought out introduction to the business. 100% remote was initially a little concerning but DoIT have built a great ecosystem with lots of touch points into the business to keep you connected.

Cons

Nothing really of note to mention yet.
