Pros

I have been working at DoiT for over a year now and it has been an incredible experience. The company truly understands how to do remote work right, offering great flexibility and supportive tools allows me to focus on what I do best and focus on my family life at the same time. The pay and bonuses are also top-notch, which is a testament to the company's commitment to valuing its employees. The team at DoiT is humble and talented, and it's a pleasure to work alongside such driven and passionate individuals. Overall, I highly recommend DoiT to anyone looking for a fulfilling and rewarding career in the tech industry.

Cons

I don't want to sound like I was paid to write this review, but at this point, I really cannot think of any cons. I have a supportive and talented team, a great boss, our work is appreciated, and all of my needs are met at the company.

Generating new business is the core aspect of the Account Executive role at DoiT, and we offer a very structured onboarding experience for new members of our Sales Team with an Onboarding Bootcamp and Sales Academy. When there are performance concerns, we follow a standardized Performance Improvement process that highlights any concerns or gaps along with a clear definition of incremental process needed as we look to get things back on track, with clear check-ins and progress updates all along the way so there are zero surprises.
