* Restructuring happened shortly after I joined, which led to some uncertainty and shifting priorities * Lack of structured informal chats or virtual spaces makes it difficult to get to know colleagues as a new hire * Onboarding experience could be smoother and more tailored, especially in helping new team members integrate socially * Home internet package coverage could be a helpful perk, especially for a fully remote team
