Great work life balance, laid back collegiate atmosphere, organic fruits and soda on the house, neck massages and yoga sessions. Besides all the perks, you get to work along with some really smart people.

Cons

Salary not competitive to other tech companies. Still using HDDs instead of SSDs for some developer machines. 9/80 (every other Friday off), is not a thing outside the Cali office.

- require knowledge of technologies that are not publicly known, such as Dolby products - access to knowledge is closely guarded by managers and leaders - quick organizational changes like we are firing the entire team - they assign tasks, but they keep the knowledge of how to do them for themselves
