The university recruiting team is very prompt and responsive. Interns are spoiled with a full-blown internship program in addition to all of the benefits that come with working at Dolby. Loved my experience!

Cons

There isn't anything that would deter someone from interning here.

Reasonable work load is scheduled. The working environment is easy going. Fresh fruit are supplied everyday. Semi-flexible working hours.

Cons

Cross-continent communication is required in daily work. Management and decision making is not as efficient as some domestic IT companies.
