-Since staffing is so light as a policy, not only do you juggle many hats at all times, but it can be a safety hazard. (A coworker may not hear you fall or a customer can easily corner you.) -Female employees were made to feel unsafe by customers at times and coworkers had to watch each other's backs, as the manager would not ban them unless it happened in front of her. She was often also a victim of this behavior and was trying her best, it was a difficult situation all-around. -DG Corp cares more for profits than employee safety and cameras are to catch employee theft, not monitor and document workplace safety/harassment. -Shifts were often staffed by 1-3 employees max, with people often opening alone. Corporate limits of assignable hours were cited as a constant issue by management.

Very weird scheduling no hours to give employees too much work is expected but once truck comes they're expected to get the whole truck out in like 48 to 72 hours but they send so much stuff that they're so there's a lot of backstock and then they complain about having back stock to the point that you can get your store shut down or wrote up
