Pros

The best thing about working here is your work day goes by so fast because you are always busy. Being in charge of making the schedule has its perks, too.

Cons

Expectations are beyond unrealistic at this company. They pay their associates minimum wage, give them 10-15 hours a week, and expect managers to work miracles. Communication with upper level management is a joke, and good luck getting anything fixed. They would rather slap bandaids over something than actually fix the problem. Working 3 Saturday's a month and never knowing if you're going to have to work every day of the week or open to close multiple days is not fun either.

Don't. Just, don't

Pros

Schedule is usually pretty flexible.

Cons

Where to start? Minimum wages, minuscule yearly increases that aren't based on performance, frequent close/open turnarounds, managers who just don't care anymore, lack of staff to do what needs doing. Quarterly bonuses paid to managers and assistants only, nothing trickles down to to the cashiers or stock crew. Frequently held over your stated shift, so if you have plans, forget it. This is done without your consent and your only option is to tell them to shove their job and walk out. Cashiers call out frequently, so on your days off, expect a last minute call asking if you want to pick up the shift.

Pros

it is a job not requiremented.

Cons

There were demand you work 60 to 70 hours when you are only required to work 48. No payroll at all you will spend all your time either cashering or stocking. High turnover 7.25 still being paid in 2017< really.
