      Little pay for a lot of work.....it's insulting what they offer a PT Assistant Store Manager

      Pros

      Hmmmmm.....can't really think of any. I think the only pro I can think of is that they hire on the spot.

      Cons

      Expect a lot of work for little money Store Management talks about employees to other co-workers Only give cashiers 15-20 hrs per week and expect them to have open availability Don't even offer like a 10% employee discount. ALWAYS seem short on help Cashiers are first people who hurt from sales down for the week bc they will cut anyones hrs NEVER any type of employee appreciation.

      Pros

      You get a paycheck. If you're a cashier, not too many responsibilities are expected out of you. It's good for chump change, second job, or a job to have between rocks and hard places.

      Cons

      Can be boring. Not too much oppurtunity to get promoted, and even promotions don't really make a difference in your earnings. Constantly having hours cut; never enough time to get stocking done properly and on time. You'll barely ever have a check with more than 50 hours on it. If you work stock/trucks, a lot is required out of you for very little payout.
