      Pros

      Benefits for Health insurance, medical and dental are very good, pay raise rate and time is not bad at all. Pay amount for the area is good.

      Cons

      The push for production that is not achievable unless someone cheats numbers to make it look like they are making the numbers. Too many backstabbing people that want to cheat their way to buddy up with management and management lets them. the old adage of nitpicking someone to death until they out the door due to things not in their control

      Pros

      Strong company communication on placement of merchandise ,ad sets. Lower management advancement. Great Benefits, Lot of opportunity for Store Manager to use their knowledge to increase sales,profit and Loss control.Allowing an opportunity to make a impact on the bottom line.

      Cons

      District Managers should be over seen more, Mentoring needed, Allowing District Managers to overextend themselves causing them to become frustrated easily. Human Resources needs to be more proactive in following up on issues with District Managers and support the Store Management Team . Regional Director should follow up and ensure all issues are resolved from the bottom of the team and up.

      Pros

      Compensation is ok. Positive interactions with customers especially since everythings only a dollar. Great opportunity to build lasting professional and friendship relationships. Great business model as the company is the best at what it does.

      Cons

      Poor evaluation processess. Sales and labor expectation are sometimes unattainable as they are 100% based on last years comps. VERY poor loss prevention support, especially for external theft. Very much a "yes man" enviornment which translates into a "my way or the highway" attitude from the DM level and above.
