As any lower price point operations achieving proper inventory levels to protect Comp sales goals while not over sending stores to much inventory is a difficult task. This in my opinion was only con I seen the inventory days of supply were on the higher side.

-Customers can be crazy which is expected at any retail job really. -Really low pay. I only got a dollar raise with my promotion ($12 an hour total) -Most workers rely on food stamps and government benefits to get by. -Poor hours unless it’s around the holidays. -You cannot be a full time employee unless you manage and even then you’re barely working full time. -Corporate has horrible things to say about people with disabilities in my experience. -Corporate will also do anything to avoid spending money on new equipment or fixing broken equipment. -No benefits
