Not being valued for the work that you're doing by the store manager and upper management Staying late passed closing to clean the store Working full-time hours and still only being considered as a part-time worker and seeing no benefits Usually have to put your own money in to balance out the store safe and/or to cover your other coworkers registers Lines can become long at times Store manager was disorganized and usually gave us the work schedule the day before High turnover Coworkers can be unreliable Work/life balance is a joke Store is usually understaffed, so you'll end up doing a lot of different jobs at the same time
