      Opportunity to move to different business units is good. Salary I'd say is average, benefits are good but are gradually getting reduced.

      High Wages Good benefits Company 401k match Nice people Abundance of opportunity for over time Fairly quiet most days

      Cons

      Rotating shifts is the biggest drawback I see, which can easily be mitigated by going to set shifts. Have to take the good with the bad I suppose.

      Stable company with solid financials and strong portfolio of assets. Very involved in the community and very supportive of veterans

      Cons

      Management has made a conscious decision to pass over qualified employees with long tenures for the millennial generation when giving promotions. Senior management is mainly 50 plus white men and therefore lacks diversity.
