      They Work you hard and easily get replaced .

      Pros

      Good way to Make your money or gain exp. while You’re working in the field. But no one talks about the field work.

      Cons

      Being a minority in the field. The crew treats you like a pack mule or try their best to make you quit. I’ve Seen good people quit or get terminated as “collateral” during someone else’s folly. You think You can go to the supervisor but most of them are in the same group as the ones that cause drama and division .

      Dominion has the best paid time off policy I've ever experienced. Excellent work life balance availability.
