Dominion provides excellent health, dental, and vision benefits as well as PTO, sick leave, and paid holidays. These are some of the only pros I’ve experienced here.

Cons

Poor management. Company provides little training but expects you to know the ins and outs of the job. Not very military friendly for current service members. I experienced a lot of negative changes in the work environment when I started having to go on active duty orders.
