Human Resources lacks serious commitment to all workers and always shields supervisors, no matter their behavior. Worked an average of 15 hrs. a day and it was not appreciated.

-The ambition to do new projects makes it seem like the company is just pushing things until they break.

OPS staffing sucks and plans to improve it have been inadequate which has led to a steady decline of personnel. As a result, OPS moral and quality of life continue to lower.
