Great insurance of all kinds. Great work life balance. Great Peers. Great security. Tuition assistance. Didnt lay me off during 2020.

Cons

Innovation moves at glacial speed. Using 20-year-old technology. All the inefficiencies, politics, and hubris that go with a huge company. IT, HR, and PR departments run the company. The company is broken up into business units that are not allowed to communicate or cooperate.
