It is hard to advance if you are not one of the favorites. You are often overworked and under appreciated. The upper management do not believe in developing employees unless they personally like you. The executive staff at Dominion is great and they are trying very hard to implement change. However, the middle management level are very resistant to that change. You will excel at Dominion if the right people like you. If not, you will find yourself stuck.
Dominion also have a bonus structure that is a good chunk of your yearly salary if you are salaried, but every year that amount gets significantly reduced.
