The union is a joke they just want to collect their union dues have no intent of doing their elected job. It's a good old boy workplace also dads make sure they get there sons or son in laws hired, since it's a union company you maybe the most experienced person but your going to be treated like a idiot because some dumb kid has more years of service than you with little experience and is going to be your boss, employees not knowing what there doing shut gas off to a town " Powhatan Point OHio" in the middle of winter & covered it up. Unreliable equipment at the Switzerland Compressor Station & safety concerns. Techs don't want to do there job, and station supervisor covers there butts for them cause they're all Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge buddies from Woodsfield Ohio.
