      Pros

      Flex schedule (44 hour weeks with every other Friday off). Opportunity to work from home within reason. Open to the idea of switching to a different department if there is some benefit.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, there is still a good ol' boy mentality at Dominion. Its definitely who you know in order to make it up the ranks. Very heavy with Contractors. Business clients get whatever they want, even if its not in the budget or doesn't align properly with the business processes. Ultimately ended up in lots of rework. I was grossly underpaid for the amount of work required of me.

      Pros

      The company is financially sound and is as stable as companies come. Pay and benefits are fantastic.

      Cons

      I don't have much at all bad to say about Dominion. Upper management takes care of the people and most people are thrilled and happy to work there.
