Thank you for your review and I am sorry to see your time with Dominion Energy overall was not a positive one. You are right in that we do have some truly excellent people working for us and they make us a great company! But when it comes to work/life balance that is an important area to address as well. Dominion Energy has a lot of expectations to produce more affordable, reliable, and clean energy than ever before, which means our employees are working even harder to met these goals. It is not an easy task and can be taxing for our employees, but we offer a number of resources to help such as online telehealth and mental health services as well as copious sick leave. I do hope you were able to take advantage of these options during your time employed here. In any case, I hope you find the right fit for your next position and wish you all the luck!
