Thank you so much for your honest review! Great to have you a part of the Dominion Energy team. And I love your recommendation for new employees to explore other opportunities across the company. We have a lot going on with lots of new projects in the works so they could easily set up time to shadow a new team or ask an employee outside of their group to be their mentor. And as for more training, this is very helpful especially when dealing with customers and deadlines. Our Designer and Coordinator groups are amazing at helping out new employees with these difficult elements and guiding them through some tougher situations, so thanks for your efforts here!
