      Pros

      Safety is a priority. Good camaraderie in my dept. Leadership is supportive for those looking for additional professional devs opportunities.

      Cons

      Large utilities move slowly and are generally risk adverse. As with any organization leadership sets the tone, and I’ve heard of other colleagues within the company have less positive experience than mine.
