      Job security. Steady work. opportunities to move up. good benefits.

      Cons

      pay in certain areas are below industry. contractors taking work. to many middle management. vehicle tracking and phone tracking. key people still working from home and not in field.

      Pros

      Great pay, decent benefits, great training programs. Very introspective in teaching you the in's and out's of power plant logic.

      Cons

      Questionable Policies, Engineering work only applies to outdated systems, with lots of Presentee Syndrome. Moving upwards only feels like more work and does not allow you to learn new skills unless relevant to the position. Also, very tedious work layered with outdated systems that make work procedures ridiculous at times. If you're behind for one moment, it's the greatest uphill battle of all time.
