There are NO pros here.

There are multiple cons: ForRent has TERRIBLE upper management. The pay is AWFUL and if you talk to management about it or even your job, their mentality is "You have to be in the position you were hired for, for AT LEAST 1.5 years before they will even consider you for something else". There are a lot of "BS positions" that are NOT needed. VP and upper management very unprofessional and just down right rude. The turn around rate for this company (For Rent) is EXTREMELY high, so that should tell you a lot.

Not a bad place to get a year or 2 experience when beginning a career. The building is very nice and the location has tons of great restaurants within walking distance.

Cons

Low raises, poor opportunity for advancement, low diversity in management and marginal benefits. Management really cares very little about employees.
