Pros
Most people at Dominion are pleasant, enjoyable people to work with. There are a lot of stores and restaurants in downtown Norfolk. A mall with a Nordstrom store is almost across the street from Dominion's office.
Cons
The recession has really hurt many of Dominion's customers -- such as realtors, car dealers and boat dealers, so the company has had layoffs, pay freezes and unpaid days off.
