good start for an inexperience candidate if you don't care pay.....

Pros

If you can't find job anywhere else then..... If you have lot of income or huge money in ur bank account..... If you just want to collect pay checks without really working...... If you want to see Elizabeth River from 20th Floor....

Cons

pay is too too low..... some departments are Unorganized..... the company is making transition from Print to web.... but seems like most of the senior managers don't have a clue about how to do business on Web...........

Pros

You get to know alot of great people...coworkers. You'll make fast friends, but only within your department. It's a very niche system. You get a fancy title. The benefits are great and cheap. Other places I've worked get you less benefits for twice the money.

Cons

Pay sucks. You always feel like there's something your boss isn't telling you about where the company is headed. It's definitely a corporate enivronment so even though it's web companies, you have to dress business like.

Pros

This use to be a good company, but the more senior management we seem to bring on board, the more the company keeps going down hill.

Cons

Bad management. Bad ideas. Lets cut hours, make people take unpaid holidays, but keep promoting VP's and Presidents. Too many times worthless employees are kept around, I guess so feathers are not ruffled.
