Pros
I did not have the medical benefits - if you are in sales there used to be an opportunity to make is excess of $50K but that is the only reason.
Cons
Treated unfairly if you are not in sales. Management doesn't seem to have a clue as to how to run the business and what is going on in the real world. They just cut hours, put a hold on raises which the sales reps never got in the 7 years that I was there. They have a base pay plus commission. Even though the hours have been cut, they are still expected to make the same amount of calls, presentations and sales. The support staff is considered as only a bare necessity. Company does not appear to do an market analysis of any new products. If it works in one city, they say it will work in all cities. Not true. This company was up for sale and no one wanted us and probably never will. Employess are in fear of their jobs and have lost faith in the company. There is a a VERY Large turnover in this company and you are expected to do the work of 5 people in 40 hours and get the same results 5 people would get.
