      Pros

      They did not make as many big of a cut as I would expect during the poor economy. They kept employee loss to a minimum.

      Cons

      They are a large company but many of the divisions are like working for a smaller company with big company politics.

      Thanks for the feedback, and I am glad that you recognize the efforts the company made to react intelligently to the economy and the market. I understand your point about finding the balance between control and entrepreneurial freedom in a big company made up of many independent pieces. It's a challenge, and I'm sure your division head or business leader would be open to hearing suggestions you have.

      Pros

      Great company. One of the best places I have worked at. Awesome co-workers. All in all a very good place to develop your career. There is a good balance of tech. stack that you get to work with. You are exposed to old as well as the latest and greatest at work.

      Cons

      Honestly I can't think of any. Well vacation time is slightly below the standard.
