      -Given the necessary tools to perform effectively and efficiently -Excellent opportunities to make money -Great Camaraderie among staff -Positive feedback for a job well done -Company matches 401k after 1 year -2 weeks paid vacation in first year -Many opportunities for growth within company -Laidback but professional work environment ***Basically, we get out what we put in, which means if we work hard, we reap the rewards

      -The things we sell sometimes do not perform as well as we would like, which is frustrating -Occasionally employees who perform below par and have zero work ethic are permitted to continue working, which is frustrating when the team is relying on said individual

      Compensation is something the company is looking at closely; it's not something we take lightly but our mix of businesses and job categories makes it difficult to apply any "One size fits all" solution. If you have constructive ideas about compensation, perhaps from comparable organizations or past employers, we'd like to hear them. Jack would appreciate that communication, and he's opened the door for it with our company-wide survey.

      Pros

      Brand works but it's also getting old. don't have to do too mch to selll the product because people know it already. easy job but not too stimulating.

      Cons

      opportunties to make more money or to promote for a better position. moved on to make more money in a more senior position.
