Benefits are amazing, and the oversight and training portals answer any question you could have.

Cons

Low pay, there is a lot of responsibility for the type of pay we receive.

Pros

Dominium does seem to care about their long term employees and offers some fun classes and opportunities such as financial classes.

Cons

Expect it to take a long time for the hiring process. Also, after I was already hired but before, the position was downgraded. I also was hired for Monday through Friday knowing I might have to help out on some Saturdays, and it has turned into working every weekend without being able to have any say in it. I was also told, it would not take long to move up. After I started, I found out you have to be with the company at least 6 months.

Pros

Dominium has allowed me to grow professionally and personally in a way that I wouldn't have imagined. When I started with the company several years ago my position involved repeating daily tasks that weren't very meaningful (data entry and so on...) it has recently transformed to allow me to be involved in projects that create efficiencies across departments and improve overall operations. I believe Dominium's goal to "grow people" has become a reality in my position and that my strengths have been recognized and are utilized to the fullest. I've had the opportunity to work with really amazing people. I've been able to advance my skills through training Dominium paid for and when I've made suggestions management has been very receptive. Overall this has been a great experience for me and I see that there are a lot of opportunities to encourage growth through various training programs and most importantly, I'm able to have a rewarding career without sacrificing my responsibilities as a single mom.

Cons

My experience working for Dominium has been a very position one. I would say a con would include communication between departments (which is a forever goal for everyone I'm sure). Keeping up with growth has it's challenges especially when providing support for a growing and changing industry/company but that can also be exciting and rewarding. I applaud the company for trying to encourage more diverse hiring practices - I'm proud that we have women in the Development department and employees of all nationalities represented but I would love to see that expanded upon and it would be great to see more diversity on the executive level.
