Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We’re sorry that your experience has been less than ideal. We strive to provide competitive pay and benefits by consistently comparing our plans against those of similar companies in comparable industries and adjusting as necessary. Given our rapid growth and the country’s current economic landscape, we are also looking into additional ways we can improve the total rewards package we offer employees.

Pros

They celebrate alot, free lunches and beer during work

Cons

Long hours, they want you to be 100% available even if off, gets mistreated when you have family obligations like sick kids, even with the remote abilities they want you in office even if home sick. They want in the office even if you have covid. The manager for admins was so rude all the time. No growth opportunities for admins

Thank you for your comments. We’re sorry your time with Dominium did not meet your expectations. While we do believe that working alongside colleagues in an office environment offers tremendous value for many of our employees and roles, our policies regarding COVID-19 and other illnesses in the workplace are well documented. According to our policy, anyone who is sick and potentially contagious should not come into the office.

Never Get Fired

Pros

Benefits are affordable to some degree and you get to meet some truly extraordinary people. There are opportunities to travel and assist in other states when possible.

Cons

The pay is not great but is doable if you live close to their communities. They allow the majority of employees to run the onsite teams thin and treat prospects like total dirt. Apparently, people never get fired even when its necessary. Upper management does not assist with removing negatively impacting employees and promotes poor working environments.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We’re sorry you feel that you haven’t been supported. Our senior leadership team is committed to hearing from and supporting employees across the company. As we’ve grown it’s become more challenging for leaders to visit as many properties and offices as they would like. This is one reason we added monthly Company Update video calls where employees can directly ask questions of our leaders, and why we also have an Open Door policy, ethics policy and hotline and several other channels for raising issues or concerns. If you would like to discuss these topics in further detail, please contact us at HR@dominiuminc.com
