I love the job. My manager is amazing and the regional is as well. Everyone is so willing to help and be supportive. The best company I've worked for in a long time.

The culture the company promotes is forward and new. They think outside of the box and it is refreshing to know they are completely transparent with who they are. You are able to view any site even if it's not in your region. You can go to any site and know that it is going to operate the exact same way. This company promotes continuing education and offers multiple training course for all employees.

Cons

With the good there is always bad...the company is very transparent and has a defined policy and procedures...and there's a lot! That would be my only con so far.

Pros

Dominium values developing people. The training and career development programs that are in place are exceptional. Dominium also has a lot of in house departments such as: HR, IT, Accounting, Marketing, Compliance, Etc. There are so many opportunities that are available across the organization. Dominium is also rolling out revolutionary processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Digital Maintenance (work orders & inspections), Compliance workflow and approvals (all within Yardi), Workfront Project Management, and so much more!

Cons

Communication between departments is an area that is improving. In addition, I think a more solid and transparent implementation process is needed. That way all departments know what new items will be rolling out and when so new processes can be strategically planned and communicated.
