Pros

Dominium continuously relays how much they care about their employees, and acknowledges that they would not be where they are today without the help of the employees. They have many learning and advancement opportunities, great benefits, and competitive pay.

Cons

There is a communication disconnect, as can be expected with any company of Dominium's size, but they are working to improve this.

Pros

Dominium has a great culture at Home Office. Each department seems to work well together. There is also room for advancement within the company. I started as an intern and within about 6 months, I was able to move into a full time position in my department. Lots of learning opportunities have occurred throughout my time with the company.

Cons

Small parking lot and not a lot of PTO given when you first start out.
