Dominium was by far the worst place I've ever worked. When I first came on-board, there was no work given. I asked multiple time for guidance, more projects and more work. Nothing was given. Then, a few months later, the workload became unmanageable, still with no training, guidance, expectation or instruction. These new responsibilities were not in the position description of which I was hired for. I was working a min. of 55 hrs a week. The work environment is extremely face paced, high stress, just overall, beyond poor. Management is never available or respectful for others time. Meeting time and dates to discuss work tasks and projects were moved on a daily basis.

Very difficult to work at a place where your experience and input does not matter. With all businesses, numbers matter, but when numbers mattered more than any other factor, it is disheartening. They do not take care of all their properties (market rate vs tax credit) the same and will blame local management for corporate failed decisions.
