Pros

Dominium Gives offers employees the opportunities to give back in the local community. Opportunities for personal and professional growth through challenges Fast paced Room to try new things New experiences through travel Collaborative environment Systems consistently being added and updated

Cons

With new systems comes change, so a person needs to be comfortable with change. Interdepartmental communication is still a work in progress. With systems be changed so frequently, feels like we are playing catch up.

Lots of opportunity for growth at Dominium

Pros

Dominium has allowed me to grow professionally and personally in a way that I wouldn't have imagined. When I started with the company several years ago my position involved repeating daily tasks that weren't very meaningful (data entry and so on...) it has recently transformed to allow me to be involved in projects that create efficiencies across departments and improve overall operations. I believe Dominium's goal to "grow people" has become a reality in my position and that my strengths have been recognized and are utilized to the fullest. I've had the opportunity to work with really amazing people. I've been able to advance my skills through training Dominium paid for and when I've made suggestions management has been very receptive. Overall this has been a great experience for me and I see that there are a lot of opportunities to encourage growth through various training programs and most importantly, I'm able to have a rewarding career without sacrificing my responsibilities as a single mom.

Cons

My experience working for Dominium has been a very position one. I would say a con would include communication between departments (which is a forever goal for everyone I'm sure). Keeping up with growth has it's challenges especially when providing support for a growing and changing industry/company but that can also be exciting and rewarding. I applaud the company for trying to encourage more diverse hiring practices - I'm proud that we have women in the Development department and employees of all nationalities represented but I would love to see that expanded upon and it would be great to see more diversity on the executive level.

Pros

None. I do not suggest working here

Cons

Lots of extra hours required. Pay is less than market rate for positions. Raises are less than inflation. Dominium is trying to grow too fast and they don't have the staff or systems to support it.
