Pros

meet great people, and lava cakes are to die for

Cons

if you want a pay raise you have to move up innto management and ten sometimes its only 50ct more. They will never give a driver or CSR a higher raise so dont bother asking, never stick to the schedule cause youll never get out on time either, when dealing with complaints, the policy should be reworded as, "thats not your shirt on your back its the customers, and if they want it back you do so". High driver turn over rate, also if thinking about becoming a driver there will be 30% more wear and tear on your vehicle

Pros

Sometimes get free pizzas if there are things left over at the end of the night. You can get a bit of a buzz all working together well when it gets busy.

Cons

Long and late hours which can be a bit detrimental to social life. Workplace can also be a bit stressful during busy hours.
