Pros

Free pizza and getting paid on time every month that's about it to be honest as I can't think of many pros

Cons

Having to stay 3 hours behind no pay to count up money and sort paperwork out is disgusting and being told you won't have a job if u dont

Pros

Works well with student schedules (nights, weekends). Tips sometimes. Coworkers are generally friendly and fun

Cons

End up staying way past your scheduled out time due to business. Getting called in on your days off if it's busy. Not getting to hang out with friends or family sometimes because of the type of shifts (nights, weekends). Coming home smelling like pizza.

Pros

You meet a lot of diverse people, sometimes get free food. Lets you get used to a fast paced working environment. Lots of room for promotion.

Cons

The company didn't care about the staff at all; staff were inadequately selected/trained, and the heating was broken for several winters while I worked there. You could end up doing night shifts on some days and mornings on others, so you never develop a proper sleeping pattern. You have to deal with lots of verbal abuse from customers who are drunk (they think they have waited an hour, but have actually only waited 5 minutes). A very stressful job sometimes working >8 hours without a break.
