      Declining and uncertain industry results in missing revenue targets Heavy investments required to keep manufacturing machinery and plants future ready results in lower funds for expansion of other areas such as IT

      The shift is 4 on 4 off, not bad.

      Cons

      The culture is not good. It is not inclusive, it is not diverse, and it is not friendly for women. It is the good ole boys club. It could be a really great place to work if it wasn't.
