LOTS and LOTS of Overtime most of it is mandatory.

Cons

LOTS and LOTS of overtime! Shift changes from 2-2-3 4 days on 4 days off to Monday - Thursday.

If you like stability this is not the place for you. You will expect changes and new and different way of doing things.
